Lunch Ordering Arrangements
To promote environmental awareness, our school lunch supplier “Luncheon Star” has launched a mobile app for lunch ordering starting from October 2025 in the 2025–2026 school year.

Downloading the App:
Parents can download the "Luncheon Star" App in the App Store/Play Store. A 9-digit personalised student ID will be provided in the “Mobile App Lunch Ordering Guide”. Parents can complete the account registration with the ID by filling in the relevant contact details and setting up a login password for future lunch orders. -
Ordering Process:
The lunch ordering system (App) will be available around the 15th of each month for parents to place orders. The ordering system will be closed around the 20th of each month. Parents must use the App to place orders within this ordering period. After the deadline, the system will no longer be accessible, and parents will need to prepare lunches for their children on their own. -
App Features:
The “Luncheon Star” App includes photos of menu items to assist parents with the selection. Parents can order the meals and review their order via the app during the monthly ordering period. The app also features a filter function to screen the choices based on children’s allergies. Additionally, the app provides a meal cancellation function and sends reminders for placing orders. -
Meal Cancellation and Refunds:
If a student is absent and requires a refund, parents must cancel the meal via the app before 10:00 AM on the same day. Refund will be arranged based on the notification records, and the refunded amount will be deducted from the order fee in the following month.
