Training & Support

Individual training sessions are organised for ASD students exhibiting hyperactivity or emotional and behavioural challenges. Through intensive individual training sessions, we aim to boost students’ motivation and foster positive learning habits helping them adapt more easily to school life and the learning environment.

Students are paired and trained by an RT teacher using the TEACCH model during the training sessions. While one student focuses on their individual training task, the other is assigned a learning activity to practise independent work skills. At this stage, students gradually transition away from individual or group training sessions in order to gain more opportunities for learning alongside their peers. Meanwhile, their RT teachers maintain close communication with their class teachers to monitor the students' learning progress and arrange follow-up counselling sessions or trainings, such as training for discussion skills, presentation skills, vocational skills, etc. If
